• The Vibe: After enjoying our meal, we will take a scenic walk through the vibrant streets of Downtown Cairo, soaking in the beautiful historic architecture and lively atmosphere. To wrap up this stop, we will sit at a traditional Egyptian Ahwa (local café), where you can relax, people-watch, and enjoy a cup of authentic Egyptian tea with mint or a rich local coffee.

• Stop 2: The National Dish at "Koshary Abou Tarek"

  • The Food: For the main course, we will take you to a true Cairo legend—the world-famous "Abou Tarek" restaurant in the heart of Downtown. Here, you will try the ultimate national dish: Koshary—a unique and delicious mix of rice, pasta, lentils, and chickpeas, topped with crispy fried onions and a savory tomato sauce.
