The Saint Mark's Coptic :
Saint Mark's Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in Alexandria is the oldest Coptic Orthodox church in Egypt and Africa. Founded in the 1st century AD by Saint Mark, it is a major spiritual and historical landmark. Located in the El-Raml district, the cathedral serves as the seat of the Pope of Alexandria and houses relics including the head of Saint Mark and 55 early patriarchs. With its spacious design and vaulted ceilings, it can hold over 5,000 worshippers and remains a key destination for religious events and pilgrimages.

Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi Mosque – Alexandria:
The Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi Mosque is a historic and religious landmark in Alexandria, dedicated to the Sufi saint Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi, who was buried here in 1286. Built in 1307 and renovated several times, the mosque combines Andalusian, Mamluk, and Fatimid architectural styles. Its features include a 73-meter minaret, a grand dome, and a library with over 3,000 manuscripts. It is a major center for religious celebrations, especially during the annual festival in July. The mosque is currently undergoing renovations.

Bibliotheca Alexandrina – Alexandria:
The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is a modern library in Alexandria, Egypt, opened in 2002 to revive the ancient Library of Alexandria. Designed by Snøhetta, it features a unique circular structure and a glass roof symbolizing the sun.
The library holds over 8 million books, specialized collections, museums, and a digital archive with 1.5 million items. It hosts around 1,500 cultural and scientific events annually and attracts over a million visitors each year.
